Overview

This is a tenured or tenure-track, 12-month, full-time faculty position.

Salary:  offered commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Assume teaching responsibilities within the graduate programs.
  • Pursue a program of funded research.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Research Doctorate in nursing is required. Must have current unencumbered RN or advanced practice nursing license with eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilitites:

  • Must have teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program. Graduate level teaching experience, preferred.
  • Demonstration of scholarship related activities, e.g., published manuscripts, presentations at conferences, and extramural grant funding.
  • Evidence of a program of research.
  • Eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor
