  • Overview

    The Research Associate III will be responsible for managing, writing, and editing reports and proposals. Will collect secondary data from multiple sites to support research activities.  Will work with the team, investigators, primary healthcare providers and other community partners to collect short-term outcome data measures and prepare reports and proposals.

    Responsibilities

    *Manages, writes, and edits reports and proposals. 

     

    *Collects secondary data from multiple sites to support research activities.  Will work with the team, investigators, primary healthcare providers and other community partners to collect short-term outcome data measures and prepare reports and proposals. 

    *Creates reports for grants from data gathered in the field.

    Qualifications

    Doctorate degree in a health or other related field plus four years of data management and research experience, writing and editing.

     

    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong problem solving skills; able to understand and analyze complex human subject research issues; ability to work independently and interdependently; experience with Microsoft Office required; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work under deadline pressure.  

     

    Valid AR drivers' license required with current automobile insurance and reliable car for moderate travel to UAMS in Little Rock, AR and surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current state mileage reimbursement rate). Occasional out-of-state travel required.
